Upgrading your plan

Navigate to subscriptions

Settings → Account → Subscription

Choose a plan

Select Pro or Enterprise based on your needs.

Enter payment information

Provide credit card details (securely processed by Stripe).

Confirm upgrade

Your upgrade takes effect immediately. You’ll have access to all Pro/Enterprise features.
When upgrading, you’re charged a prorated amount for the remaining billing period.

Downgrading your plan

Go to subscription settings

Settings → Account → Subscription

Select lower tier

Choose the plan you want to downgrade to.

Review changes

Understand which features you’ll lose access to.

Confirm downgrade

The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
When downgrading:
  • Access to premium features ends at period close
  • Usage limits apply from next billing cycle
  • Data is retained but some features may be inaccessible
  • You can upgrade again anytime

Billing cycle

Monthly billing:
  • Charged on the same day each month
  • Cancel anytime, no long-term commitment
Annual billing (Pro and Enterprise):
  • Save 20% with annual payment
  • Billed once per year
  • Best value for committed users

Managing payment methods

  1. Settings → Account → Subscription → Payment Methods
  2. Click “Add Payment Method”
  3. Enter card details
  4. Click “Save”
  1. Settings → Subscription → Payment Methods
  2. Click “Edit” on existing method or add new one
  3. Update information
  4. Save changes
If you have multiple payment methods:
  1. Go to Payment Methods
  2. Click “Set as Default” on preferred method
  3. This card will be charged for renewals
Update your payment method before it expires to avoid service interruption.

Canceling your subscription

Access subscription settings

Settings → Account → Subscription

Click cancel subscription

Select “Cancel Subscription” option.

Let us know why you’re canceling to help us improve.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm you want to cancel.

Access until period end

You’ll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
You can reactivate your subscription anytime before the period ends to avoid losing access.
