Viewing payment history
Downloading receipts
All receipts are automatically available after each payment:- Go to Billing History
- Find the payment
- Click “Download Receipt” or “View Invoice”
- PDF is generated for download
Receipts are also emailed to your account email address after each successful payment.
Invoice details
Each invoice includes:- Invoice number
- Billing period
- Plan details
- Subtotal
- Taxes (if applicable)
- Total amount charged
- Payment method
- Billing address
- Company information (if provided)
Failed payments
If a payment fails:- You’ll receive an email notification
- ZeroTwo will retry the payment automatically (up to 3 times)
- Update your payment method to resolve
- Contact support if issues persist
