Viewing payment history

Navigate to billing

Settings → Account → Subscription → Billing History

View transactions

See all past payments, including:
  • Date and amount
  • Payment method used
  • Invoice/receipt number
  • Payment status

Downloading receipts

All receipts are automatically available after each payment:
  1. Go to Billing History
  2. Find the payment
  3. Click “Download Receipt” or “View Invoice”
  4. PDF is generated for download
Receipts are also emailed to your account email address after each successful payment.

Invoice details

Each invoice includes:
  • Invoice number
  • Billing period
  • Plan details
  • Subtotal
  • Taxes (if applicable)
  • Total amount charged
  • Payment method
  • Billing address
  • Company information (if provided)

Failed payments

If a payment fails:
  1. You’ll receive an email notification
  2. ZeroTwo will retry the payment automatically (up to 3 times)
  3. Update your payment method to resolve
  4. Contact support if issues persist
If payment cannot be processed after retries, your subscription may be downgraded or suspended.
