Organization plan management
As an organization admin:
- Settings → Organization → Billing
- View current plan and usage
- Add or remove team members
- Manage payment methods
- View billing history
Seat-based billing
Organization plans bill based on active seats:
- Per-seat pricing: Each active member counts as one seat
- Flexible seats: Add or remove members anytime
- Prorated charges: New members charged proportionally
- Automatic adjustments: Billing updates when team size changes
Payment management
Organization payment methods:
- Credit card (Stripe)
- ACH/bank transfer (Enterprise)
- Invoice billing (Enterprise)
- Purchase orders (Enterprise)
Billing administrators
Designate billing administrators:
- Organization Settings → Members
- Assign “Billing Admin” role
- They can manage billing without full admin access
