Organization billing allows administrators to manage subscriptions, payment methods, and invoicing for entire teams.

Organization plan management

As an organization admin:
  1. Settings → Organization → Billing
  2. View current plan and usage
  3. Add or remove team members
  4. Manage payment methods
  5. View billing history

Seat-based billing

Organization plans bill based on active seats:
  • Per-seat pricing: Each active member counts as one seat
  • Flexible seats: Add or remove members anytime
  • Prorated charges: New members charged proportionally
  • Automatic adjustments: Billing updates when team size changes

Payment management

Organization payment methods:
  • Credit card (Stripe)
  • ACH/bank transfer (Enterprise)
  • Invoice billing (Enterprise)
  • Purchase orders (Enterprise)

Billing administrators

Designate billing administrators:
  1. Organization Settings → Members
  2. Assign “Billing Admin” role
  3. They can manage billing without full admin access
