Creating your ZeroTwo account is quick and easy. Choose from multiple sign-up options and get started in minutes.
ZeroTwo accounts are free to create. You can explore features and decide on a subscription plan that fits your needs.

Sign Up Options

Quick email signup:

Visit ZeroTwo

Go to zerotwo.ai and click Sign Up

Enter Your Details

  • Email address: Use a valid email you can access
  • Password: Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters)
  • Name: Your first and last name
Use a strong password with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.

Verify Email

Check your inbox for a verification email from ZeroTwo and click the verification link.
Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam folder or click “Resend verification email”

Complete Setup

Once verified, you’ll be redirected to complete your profile and preferences.

Step 3: Enable Integrations (Optional)

  • Skip: Connect later from Settings
You can skip this step and add integrations anytime from Settings > Integrations.

Basic Information

Complete your profile for a personalized experience:
  1. Profile Photo: Upload an avatar (optional)
  2. Display Name: How you appear to team members
  3. Bio: Brief description (for team profiles)
  4. Location: Time zone for scheduling features
  5. Preferences: Language, theme, notifications

Privacy Settings

Control your data and privacy:
Choose what data ZeroTwo can use:
  • Improve Services: Help us improve AI responses (anonymized)
  • Analytics: Usage statistics for platform improvements
  • Marketing: Occasional product updates and tips
Your conversations are always private and encrypted. These settings only affect aggregated, anonymized data for platform improvements.
Control your profile visibility:
  • Public: Visible to all users (name and bio)
  • Team Only: Only team members can see profile
  • Private: Minimal public information

Account Security

Strong Password Tips

Create a secure password:
  • At least 12 characters
  • Mix of uppercase and lowercase
  • Include numbers and symbols
  • Avoid common words or patterns
  • Don’t reuse passwords from other sites

Enable Two-Factor Authentication

Secure your account with 2FA:
  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Click Enable 2FA
  3. Scan QR code with authenticator app (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc.)
  4. Enter verification code
  5. Save recovery codes in a safe place
Store your recovery codes securely! You’ll need them if you lose access to your authenticator app.

Session Management

Monitor and control active sessions:
  • View all devices where you’re logged in
  • See last activity time and location
  • Log out of specific sessions remotely
  • Log out of all sessions except current

Troubleshooting Signup

Problem: “This email is already registered”Solutions:
  • Try signing in instead of signing up
  • Use password reset if you forgot your password
  • Check if you signed up with Google or GitHub SSO
  • Contact support if you don’t have access to that account
Solutions:
  1. Check spam/junk folder
  2. Add [email protected] to contacts
  3. Wait a few minutes (can take up to 10 minutes)
  4. Click “Resend verification email”
  5. Try a different email provider if issues persist
Common causes:
  • Pop-ups blocked by browser
  • Third-party cookies disabled
  • Browser extensions interfering
Solutions:
  • Enable pop-ups for zerotwo.ai
  • Allow third-party cookies for authentication
  • Try in incognito/private mode
  • Disable ad blockers temporarily
Solutions:
  • Ensure GitHub account email is verified
  • Check that you’ve authorized the application
  • Try revoking and re-authorizing
  • Contact support with error message

Invitation Codes

Using an Invitation

If you received an invitation code:
  1. Click the invitation link in your email
  2. Sign up using any method
  3. Invitation perks apply automatically
  4. Check your account for bonus credits or features

Team Invitations

Joining a team workspace:
  1. Receive invitation email from team admin
  2. Click Join Team in email
  3. Sign up or sign in
  4. Access team workspace immediately
Team invitations grant automatic access to the team’s shared projects and resources.
